    We look for professional and educational qualifications, and evidence of technical competence through portfolios and published work.

  • Video interview

    Those who make it through the technical review are put through a video interview. Here we assess empathy, communication skills, and passion for their field.

  • Guidance and training

    Mentors who make it through the video interview are provided with resources to enhance their mentorship skills.
